kyy10 Hi Amanda! I saw that you purchased the Lulu backpack from my closet. I just pulled it out of storage and the top clip that closes the backpack is broken. I think it would be an easy fix to sew but I definitely don’t want to ship it to you without you being aware of the damage. Let me know if you still want the backpack, I can cancel the order if not. Or I can give it to you for cheaper. Please let me know what you would like to do. 😊

amandasolina @kyy10 Thanks for letting me know! I’m fairly handy with a needle and thread so if the damage is minor I’m okay with that. Is it the clip on the inside of the flap? Could you maybe send a picture? With the small damage I would appreciate any discount that you are comfortable with.

kyy10 @amandasolina I cancelled the order. There is a picture of it, I just realized on the 3rd picture you can see the clip came off the top flap of the backpack. I didn’t realize it when I was taking the pictures because in the picture below that, you can see it still attached to the backpack flap. Hope that helps. I’m willing to sell it to you for $20. Go ahead and make an offer if you are still interested. Thank you!

amandasolina @kyy10 Thanks for the explanation, I didn't see that in the pictures before. That seems like a small enough fix, that I'd still be willing to purchase it. But right now it says the product is already sold, otherwise I would put an offer in on it.
