spoolove Amanda, the bracelet is expensive so the clasp is tricky. you gently push in on the gold on the side where it’s the double gold where it come together and it will pop open. Once you learn it it won’t be an issue. Take a look inside to see where the hinge is and the clasp is the other side.

spoolove The 3rd picture of my listing is the double gold area where the bracelet will separate. You push there and it will slide out. I had the same issue when I originally purchased the bracelet.
