Here are some fact of these necklace.The pearls are imported from a pearl farm in Japan. Once received I drill the holes and string the pearls. parisgirl2005 @bluelasercs you liked my pearls and I’ll share some information with you. I happened to be searching pearls on posh and was shocked how many non Mikimoto strands are selling for $300 and $500. Mikimoto is guaranteed value. Everything else is a crapshoot without a GIA appraisal . I have owned several strands in my life and my favorite are Mikimoto. The real value of everything else is purely subjective. . The strand I am selling could easily be listed for $300.

bluelasercs The reason I like south seas is because they are so white, no yellow tone at all, but it is so difficult to get real used ones. The color of your pearl is so perfect. The only reason I can't make up my mind is that my family just disagree to wear jewelry from older generation

bluelasercs It is a wonderful south sea pearl necklace, hopefully I will find time to restring it. Let me know if you have new shipment of south sea pearl in the future, no clasp necessary, been looking for larger size. Or akoya peacock color, larger size.
