manda13x13 @heroshima so it just says the label was created and they’re awaiting the item. But you’re saying you brought it there for shipment, and it just never updated?

heroshima @manda13x13 Yes. I dropped it off at the window (as I usually do). If you don't receive it in a couple days, open up a case. I'll accept it as a loss. My fault for dropping it off when I should have gotten it scanned. It's just so strange because I dropped off another package and that one was scanned.
