marylee52 Amber, I just happened upon the photos of my lovely boots. I am totally shocked at these photos! I never would have shipped them out in that terrible condition. I am appalled at the way they are torn up. I promise you, they were absolutely in perfect condition when I shipped them. I can barely imagine how disappointed you must feel, for I'm having great difficulty looking at my lovely boots being in such terrible condition. I cannot IMAGINE what must have happened to them!!?? My apoligies
