myshoeshack my little one is 10 she wore the coat approximately 4 times and took good care of it I didn't realize there was a problem with the zipper she never mentioned having difficulties zipping it up it was a bit big for her because it is a size 14-16 for a older girl so I sold it is there anything I can do for you please let me know

jerseyjourney22 @midnightjewels being single my sister told me to come here to try to help w cost, now that i had to get her a new coat because this is not functional i am left devestated. I dont think you did anything intentionally and it is how it works buying used, just heartbreaking. I have replied 3 times and they keep disappearing so keeping this to the point and short. Hope in no way comes off rude.

jerseyjourney22 @midnightjewels because i just had to place order new jacket, being this does not zio, i would like to return. I need a jacket for winter snd one that zips. I am new to this so was not sure how worked but my sister said that purchases are guaranteed so i should not be screwed out of almost 40.00 with shipping. Can you please work with me on this. I just cannot afford to waste money at all, my sister said i can contact poshmark but was hoping to work out w you without having that issue.
