dani9067 I take customer satisfaction w/the utmost importance & wish u would have contacted me prior 2 leaving such a negative rating. Posh asks that u try 2 work w/the seller prior 2 doing so. U never gave me the chance 2 discuss this w/u or correct. Therefore I find it unacceptable that u rate me only 1 star, as a small Boutique I take this very seriously. Happy customers are necessary 4 me 2 continue 2 grow & succeed in business...

dani9067 Not ok 2 do that 2 a 5⭐rated seller over a FIVE STAR RATED ITEM! Especially so long after purchasing & receiving your order. I described item in depth & ACCURATELY, I shipped out right away, & my communication w/u was immediate. Therefore I did NOT deserve your poor rating. Think about all this in the future plz. & Take this as a heads up any sellers out there checking on this buyer! BEWARE! Does no communicate & rated terribly ages after purchase!😡😠

805fashionista I had to go to the post office yesterday and find out why your package wasn’t being scanned. Apparently the postage label was damaged and they couldn’t read the destination. I checked and the Frankie b overalls are intact. I will print another label and ship to you ASAP. So sorry for the inconvenience.
