@chereamie30 Of course! I’m the one that has to thank you for being so patient! So far, I’ve never had any problems with shipping but there have been times when they didn’t scan the packages and I had to go check what’s going on. Thank you for understanding!

Hey Amy! I think it’s best to release the payment so you can get a refund. I don’t know what happened to this package...it’s so crazy and I’m so upset about this situation. I truly apologize from the bottom of my heart and you ever decide to get anything from me again, I promise to send you a gift to make up for this trouble. I will send you a refund in the morning if that’s ok. I still want to give until then to see maybe you receive it and if not, you’ll get your money right away.

I can cancel order starting today and from what I’ve read on posh policies once cancelled my payment will be automatically refunded. If neither of us cancels within 21 days Poshmark automatically cancels to ensure refund. I want to wait until Friday to cancel just in case but I hesitate because I’d hate for it to show up and you never receive payment. No ideas what happened to it????

Hi again. Hadn’t heard any further details from you. As I said I will not be able to get or go through all of my mail until this weekend at earliest. Bc of that I can’t be sure whether I’ve received anything from you or not. It’d be really helpful if you could provide name and city, state that I need to be looking for on return address or Even the tracking number which should be on any receipt from post office.

Were you not able to find out anything from the post office directly???? So strange.... but certainly not your fault. I plan to go through all my mail this weekend. If it’s not there I will let you know that and be canceling order. If you find out anything in the meantime please let me know. I appreciate it and am sorry this hasn’t gone as expected. 💛
