I want to apologize...🥺 I accidentally sent you the wrong Lilly Pulitzer shorts. I mailed the Lilly Pulitzer Jayne shorts And not the Darci shorts. I’ve already contacted Poshmark about this. Hopefully they will send me another return label and I will send you the correct shorts once I get the other Lilly Pulitzer shorts back. Again, I do apologize for any inconvenience. This is my first time selling on Poshmark and it’s been a. Challenge. 🥺

@adriannamuster Do you know if there’s a way for me to send you the screen shot? My bank also cleared the transaction. Maybe it says “pending” because once you ship it, I receive it, then I accept the package , I also “accept” it on Poshmark and that’s when funds are released to you from posh. I think you have to ship it first for Poshmark to pay you. They already have my money.

@adriannamuster yes! I actually reached out to Poshmark customer service and this is what they said:
Thank you for writing in! We understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience. We kindly ask that you direct your seller to reach out to Poshmark Support for further assistance and we'll be more than happy to clarify the selling process for them!

In the meantime, we've sent the seller a reminder to ship their order out which will also include further instructions to ensure that they receive their payment once the item ships.

Hi! I sent out the Lilly romper this am using the label sent to me from Poshmark (MA), but when I got home from work today I saw that I got an updated shipping label with a different address (ME). So sorry! I don’t know what to do now since I had already sent it! The email did also say: “If you already sent your package out, don’t worry, we have a procedure in place to assist you.” I’m not sure what the procedure is. I reached out to cust svc but haven’t heard back yet. I’ll keep you posted!
