ruhshellsbells Hi Amy! Just wanted to check in again about your shoes - on my end i still don’t see any tracking updates after the original scan and transfer to the distribution center.. I’m fearing this is the first package of mine that has been lost in the mail 🥺. If you can confirm that you haven’t received it by replying this message then I’m going to file a formal complaint with USPS and reach out to Poshmark again to determine what the next steps are for both of us. 😔

ruhshellsbells Hello Again - just updating you that I filed a report with Poshmark and also filed a "package search" request through USPS - if they find the pkg I have instructed them to send it to you still. If within 7 days they have not found it then we will hopefully have heard back from Poshmark as well as to how to proceed next. I'm still hoping USPS can find the box and get the shoes to you. Will keep you posted. Again - so sorry for both of us this happened. :(
