@agitson hi there ! I am so sorry to hear that. They’ve been through many moves and many of my items have been in boxes and bins. I apologize for not noticing that. I just looked through bins and found and shipped right away because I like to ship fast. I’ve never had this problem but I think the way to resolve it is to contact posh; they should understand and refund you with what u paid with shipping Please let me know what they say. Once again I apologize.😥
