Hi,
I just wanted to let you know I would never send shoes damaged like that to anyone and I wouldn't ruin my poshmark selling reputation like that. I'm very sorry they got to you in that CONDITION but they were not in that condition when I sent them. I would be more than happy to refund you for them but poshmark has a mark that they go through. I just wanted you to know that they were not like that when they left my home.
