Hi Amy. Just to let you know that I have opened a service ticket with Canada Post regarding my jeans purchase from you. At my end tracking info has said “transportation delay” since January 3! Canada Post notified me that they will wait until February 3 to follow up. Not sure if you have also reached out to them or if it would make any difference, but anyway, fingers crossed!

@bonnipun hi, i’m in an isolated area. It takes a few days to start tracking. I’m sorry about the delay, but it should show up within the next couple of days at the most. Please bare with me. I don’t have a great post office here, so often they won’t scan the parcels until they arrive in winnipeg. If you want, you can search up stevenson island, mb to see where i’m located lol.
