simurgh Hi Ana, I’m not sure if you saw my comments, but I thought I’d send you a note. The strap is sewn correctly. It’s supposed to have a twist because you cross it in front over your neck /chest and then put the loop over your head. Without the twist it won’t lie flat. I apologize for any confusion!
