divatitiksha hi anam....this is regarding the sianrichards 4k creme that you placed an order with me. Some of the shades in the palette appear to have dried and so you would need a some kind of silicone thinner/primer to soften and be able to work with. If you are okay with that I will pack the order or will cancel the order.

divatitiksha Sorry to inform you so late as I have noticed it now when sanitizing them before packing. This product tends to dry with time and so I have transferred them to a vueset palette. But you can easily thin down them with any silicone based mixing mediumlet me know your decision so that I can act accordingly.
