I am sorry your package wasn't up to your standards, but my rating went down because you thought the outside of the package smelled?
The product I sent to you was 100% new and never used. If the box smelled it was because of USPS.... I have no control after it leaves my hand. It could have got rained on etc..
I hope you enjoy your makeup and it doesn't happen again to you consider changing my rating on something that was out of my hands if your product was still to your liking.
