jillsta22 hello. I just read your review on the Patricia Nash purse that you purchased from my closet. it clearly stated in the description that the strap snaps we're broken. pictures were also taken and shown. it's unfortunate I got a 4-star rating for an issue that was clearly stated. it's a beautiful purse. ;)
