Hi Andrea. You purchased the Orla Kiely cross body bag from me. As I was packing it to ship, I noticed the leather straps were coming apart; I had not noticed before & did not want to send it in that condition. IF you still want it I can knock off $20, if not I completely understand.. my apologies Kristin
