crystaltortoise @darkhalo530 If they accept your offer it will process their payment. Then you need to go to your sales and download the Poshmark provided prepaid shipping label and print it out. Package and box the order up, tape the mailing label on amd send via USPS. The order will then begin tracking on Poshmark until it arrives to your customer.

crystaltortoise @darkhalo530 I always include a hand written thank you note inside the order too, customers appreciate that.😊💞💖 Once your order arrives to the customer, they have 3 days to rate your service basically and accept their order or else if it is defective in some way they can open a return request instead. Provided your item(s) sold are as described, the customer will accept and rate you and once they do the funds that they paid minus shipping fee is then credited to your Poshmark balance.

crystaltortoise @darkhalo530 Once the funds are added to your balance and the order is complete, you may choose to request a direct deposit into your account electronically which takes a day or two, or you may request a paper check if you don't have an account, they mail via snail mail to your address.
