heyshar @free2bmekym, Hey Kimberli the package I sent came back stating insufficient address, unable to forward, return to sender. Address on label/used - 700 E. Main St. #46 Richmond, VA Is there another address I should use?

heyshar @free2bmekym - Hi Kimberly, I finally got a response from Poshmark tonight - they are going to issue a new shipping label to me, So I can re-ship the package without you or I having to pay any additional fees. Hope to get this out on Monday as I am out of state on Vacation. Hope you have a fabulous weekend 💜

heyshar @free2bmekym Hi Kimberly, you received the item - yay!! I also saw the review and am a bit confused. I received a 4 star rating with a “could improve” on packaging, cleanliness & responsiveness - additional comments states, great experience. Was the could improve on a mishap? As the item was very well kept, packaged nicely & with the address mishap I feel we handled it accordingly. Please advise & thanks again. Hope you liked the scrunchie 🌻

free2bmekym @heyshar I have ordered 9 B. Makowsky bags from Poshmark in 2 months. The customer service was great, and product was received as shown, but this is the only one that had shipping issues.

heyshar @free2bmekym - want you to know the original shipping label & insufficient address tag is under the address label on the box you just received. I kept it there for you to see. The address was given to me by Poshmark as it’s nothing I control. USPS botched it - not me 😕. Thanks again for your time.

heyshar @free2bmekym Hey Kim, I did some research-Poshmark has a copy of the label info. That was sent us a new tag to reship. 😊 You “can” adjust the rating according to POSHMARK - As noted, If a buyer makes a mistake when leaving a rating, they may edit it through the app within 30 days of receiving the order. I Would really appreciate it if you would make the change. Thanks so very much! Shar

free2bmekym @heyshar I did nothing to modify or adjust the address. As I mentioned I have ordered 8 other bags, 9 total and the others were received in a matter of days. I will look at the label when I get home, and modify the rating accordingly. Thank you for following up.

heyshar @free2bmekym please know I’m not stating you made a modification.On the orig. sale Poshmark sent me the address label. When it came back to me, Insufficient address - I asked you to send me an address that would work. You stated you had not had any issues with the current one & gave me a new address to try. As you will see by looking at the original label it states insufficient info per USPS. USPS is the culprit 😕 not me.
