I sent out two packages that day and they are both showing to going to the same persons address when they only bought one thing. They’ve had the bag in their possession for 1 week now , because they are short staffed and I had to send them an email asking them what’s taking so long . It’s strange how now a couple hours after reaching out to them , they send me this disturbing email saying that they can’t verify the authenticity of the bag you bought . Ughhh

I did tell them that I can have a 3rd party authentication service authenticate for me , and I can guarantee that the bag is authentic, but it seems that they want to stick to their rookies .
