I'm really sad to hear you were disappointed in the sweater! It seemed like a cowl neck sweater to me. It was way more fabric than a turtleneck on me. The sweater was never shrunk. It was washed only once and then layed flat to dry. It is a more of a modern cut of sweater with a shorter length as seen in the photos.

I'm really sorry again for your disappointment, however I think 3 stars is quite harsh. I've honestly never received anything other than a 5 star rating after selling over a hundred items on Poshmark. Since you didn't ask for a length measurement, I hope you'll reconsider your rating. I only do this to support my foster children and rely on my good ratings to do so. Thank you and sorry again that you are not happy with your purchase. ❤😞
