swingle0497 @annna1315 she commented on the case neither one of us paid her. Also I received one tray and one broken tray. She also stated in my complaint she would give our money back when WE sent them back in one piece. Why should we pay to ship back when she is the one who sent the incorrect items.

swingle0497 @annna1315 yes she did. I have a pic and the pic is on the case. They were also packed with a bunch of empty boxes in a big box which I considered very weird and that is why I was so "hot" about the whole thing.

annna1315 @swingle0497 no we shouldn’t have to pay for shipping nor should we have to not be properly compensated for the burdens associated with shipping these back to correct her mistake.. which is what i was trying to communicate to you earlier because i don’t want to keep your lamps - its just that normal stores will pay for ups at home pick up and comp all associated shipping costs (including re-packaging) for things like this

annna1315 @swingle0497 But now i am seeing that she sent you broken trays and the bulbs in these lamps are both broken so i don’t know if they light up properly bc i don’t have bulbs like this.. so i am a little skeptical that we might be both getting played?

annna1315 @swingle0497 hmm think about it... ship two broken things to the wrong people.. have them ship them to each other so we can’t prove that they arrived broken or you and I broke them while we had them.. she still gets paid by posh.

swingle0497 @annna1315 Her exact comment, "Wow, what's funny is neither one of these ladies have even pd me." So she is lying saying she didn't get pd when I hv a proof that makes me sick and I would just like my money back. Already pd for S&H once. Why would I be responsible for her mix up.

annna1315 @swingle0497 its funny bc like when you buy on posh we pay right then and there.. posh wouldn’t give her a shipping label if we had not paid.. we haven’t accepted our orders as received because once we do so the funds get released to her and we have no way to correct the mistake.. i wonder if she doesnt know thats how posh works maybe?

swingle0497 @annna1315 exactly and it shows "your lamps were delivered" ya know? Well, I didnt get lamps. That is why I was so angry I was like Hey, I didn't get my lamps, I got some broken junk. She got mad said they were antique. NO WAY they are very cheap
