candyland__ Hi! I literally spent all day going around in circles with the USPS automated system today. Finally I called my local post office and they pretty much told me that the only thing we can do is wait. The post office is so overwhelmed this holiday season packages. They weren't prepared for so many parcels and this is the highest volume they've seen in 10 yrs!

candyland__ So I called on this today. They said that because of the volume of holiday some items have been delayed. I told them this was shipped priority and there's no way it should be taking this long. So she put in a claim ticket for me and someone will call me back once it gets researched further. She said it will still most likely get delivered. I'm so sorry! 😩
