I'm the seller of the 49ers jacket. When I sent the jacket I put in with the jacket all of my contact information. Basically a receipt that had information to get in touch with me for a JACKETEMERGENCY I also put in the note that during the holiday rush and playoff rush we mainly have time to concentrate on getting the orders out. The Notice also contained what POSHMARK's return policy was and if there was a problem my email and my phone number were on the paper for any JACKETEMERGENCY.

I understand that these are very expensive and usually the main gifts and most want them for the weekend game or buy at the last minute. We do 90% of our business in the past 45 days.

Poshmark needs to improve their returns. This is apparel and until you get it and try it on and know it's want you want, they should have a full return policy or where the buyer can get directly into contact with the seller, besides their comment section. When we are busy, we are concerned with shipping and I assume the buyer has my contact information from the contact sheet we put in the box. So Only yesterday I saw what happened. I also saw all the comments you put which is.

Anyway.. I sent another style Medium Jacket to you and hopefully it gets there by Saturday. Monday at the latest. Poshmark should have a better system on buyers contacting the sellers after a purchase. I was very busy to read comments .. most comments are comments and only a small % have to do with sales and there should be a different way for a buyer to contact the seller. Had you kept the paper that was in the box, 1 phone call or 1 email would have taken care of the problem.

Sitting for hours and hours making disparaging comments did not solve the problem. Even stores to returh an item you need to keep the receipt. My receipt was the contact info where you could have called or emailed and the problem would have been solved.

Poshmarks rules are no returns after 3 days. They need to improve that. But when you bought the jacket it's their platform and their rules. I'm not even sure if I'm allowed to personally contact you. But I back my product I sell and what you received sounds like a LEMON jacket that just was one of those in 5000 that is a bad jacket. It doesn't happen much with Starter but now and 1 jacket will just tear and come apart and it's a LEMON.

Anyway, I wish you kept the receipt with my contact info and you would have had a replacement jacket or refund with 1 email or 1 phone call. Instead I see you wasted hours and hours. Poshmark should have given you my email. Or where a special notice was allowed. You only wrote 2 comments.. and those are not cotacting the seller.. they are comments trying to find me and then you went nuts with the disparaging remarks. If you look at the feedback most is good but also

It was just not good where a buyer does not have another level where to contact the seller on this platform. 99% of the comments are people who like the jacket or have recommended the listihg to a friend and we concentrate on shippig and expected any problems where people keep the contact info so we can get them taken care of.

@sportsgonewild I appreciate you finally replying. You are correct there is no other way of contacting you directly. I was told that sellers receive all comments. I didn’t see the shipping slip with your contact, but again I appreciate you contacting me. Maybe you have a contact in your profile because there was no other way to get in contact and Poshmark did not give me a contact for you.
I appreciate you trying to correct the issue.
