@angieb623 hi generally Ted Baker fit the size plus if your daughter is younger that 4 she can layer it on the dress or even with something else . Ted fits true to the size I find . Yo be honest it’s a beautiful jacket that you can dress up or even through with a summer dress or pair of jeans
