ktspicks Hello. I am sorry and frustrated myself that you didn't receive your order. Didn't you get the same email I got from Posh saying they would reimburse both of us? I''m not sure how you determined the 1 star rating? Once I ship it out the package is in the hands of postal workers. I have zero control over delivery.Anyway, please let me know what I can do to make your shopping experience better. And please let me know if Posh reimbursed you.
