mikeileen Hi Anjie. I'm so glad you finally received the mannequin base. I mailed it in a timely manner and was disappointed it took so long to get to you through the postal system. I apologize you thought the packaging was disappointing. I'm new to Poshmark and would appreciate any feedback. was there not enough bubble wrap?
