rosemary6708 Ann. Laying flat the length of the pants are 17 1/2” and they are meant to be a crop length. The waistband is 8 1/2” flat and10” across the hip. This brand only makes 4 and 6 sizes so it should fit 4 & 5. If you think the measurements work for you, please let me know and “like” the listing.
