Hi Anna,
You ordered the off white Frye Gladiator Sandals from me.
I just wanted to first apologize for taking so long to ship them out (I ran into one problem after another - printer running out of ink as I’m printing the label, scheduling a USPS pick-up and then checking the next day to see them still there...

Then today, I dropped them off at the Post Office, but arrived about 5 minutes too late.
So- I’m so sorry for taking so long to get them to you.
I also wanted to let you know, I was able to drop the package off at the UPS store, so they should begin tracking tomorrow.

Hey again,
I’m going to try to find the tracking information on these shoes. I will never ship from the place I did again, because they are either taking forever to ship your purchase, or the tracking info isn’t visible, and they will just arrive.
Either way, I’m going to try to figure out what’s going on.
