noircoco Hi dear 👋🏽 can you look into the tracking info it says they attempted a delivery yesterday & there was no authorized representative to take the package. From what I know there is no Signature confirmation but maybe it’s a Mail setting you set up for a building situation etc.. Let me know if all is well, or if the tracking looks off. Thanks!

anncheese We are in a house and have been home both days - I have rescheduled the delivery twice already so I am not sure why USPS is not knocking on our door or ring the doorbell to request a signature or to hand the package to me directly. Hopefully they will try again tomorrow!
