Hi Lauren. I was on vacation and just got back. I received the sweater but owed $18 for postage which I just gave my mail lady. Is there a reason for that? Will I be reimbursed for that? If not I really don’t want the sweater. That was a bit of a shock for me.

@aguttschow wow, I have no clue why you or I would owe the post office $18. I’ll contact Posh support again! This is crazy! I’ve never had such issues with a package. I’m really sorry, I used a posh label so there shouldn’t have been additional postage. I’ll let you know ASAP what support says about the $18 and see how we can do a return. Again really sorry this has never happened with any of my other packages.
