Hello! I'm sure you know by now I sent the wrong shoes Franco Sarto shoes? OMG, I'm so sorry!!!I was wondering why the Zara's didnt sell for the $24 i had them listed for? I don't know how you want to go about this... Trying to see if you can send them back and i will ship the other ones you bought? i'm not hugely active on poshmark and i had a heck of a week. So i am so very sorry for the mix up! i'm trying to contact Poshmark now. Please accept my apologies!

Hello! I sent an email to Poshmark, that i sent the wrong item, and the response was that they have a process in place for this. I don't know what it is as they have not contacted me yet. Maybe you could as well, click on the drop down list and click on Support and Help and let them know that i sent the wrong item. I'm hoping they send me another label so i can mail out the correct shoes. Maybe email them as well and ask for a return label so you ship back to me? I will contact Poshmark again

Ok, i just heard back and they said they are trying to contact you to see if you received both items??? I feel like they are not listening to me ; ) I explained you only received one item and it's the wrong pair of shoes. I am hoping they send us both shipping labels asap... Keep me posted and I'll do the same!!

Hello Again! I think you have to file a return for wrong item return request, and then they will contact me. I am just so sorry about all this!

Hi Again!!!! : ) I just heard from Poshmark and here is what they said for me to do:
Hello,
Thanks for writing in. At this time, we have reached out to the buyer in regard to receiving the wrong item. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you also reach out to the buyer via the comment section of your listing to request they open a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label to ship the wrong item they received back to you.

They have approved the return and once i receive it, they will refund your money. I asked if i should send you the item, and this what they told me:
Hi Donna,
Thanks for checking in! The wrong item will be returned to you and a refund is in process for the buyer. If you would like to sell the correct item, please go ahead and create a new listing for the item. Once the buyer repurchases, a new shipping label with a different order # will be generated.

@alycen72 good morning. it looks like I will have to print the shipping label in order to mark the item as shipped. however, I will need to send it USPS ground, not priority. once I drop at the post office today, I will send you the tracking number. once received, please make sure you accept package through poshmark. let me know if this works for you. :)
