Hey Ms Annie. I shipped your Dooney and Bourke earlier last week. I just wanted to give you a heads up I conditioned it prior to wrapping and boxing it up because it has been over 90 degrees here and I did not want the bag sitting in the heat without being conditioned. It may feel oily but once it is unwrapped, it usually soaks in. You can run a paper towel over it. I just had a lady open a case on me because her bag felt oily. Uggg. It was a very nice coach.
