Can you please tell me why you marked my Gucci bag as "not as described"? It is a brand new bag with the receipt from neimans and the tags, it was also verified as authentic by Poshmark. I would like to resolve this civilly, so I am sincerely curious why you don't believe the bag was "as described"

@emmalangdon9 hi there, I contacted PM not because of the authenticity. I noticed there were some scratches around the tassel holder and one discoloration spot on the clasp. As well as a light scratch on the leather below the Gucci symbol.

That is not why Poshmark said you returned the item. They said you returned it because it did not include the Gucci box. You returned a fake and took the authenticity card from my original bag. I had it authenticated.

poshmark also verified the authenticity of the bag before sending it to you. they would not have authorized a return on grounds of the bag being inauthentic.
