when a seller makes an offer, it is not required for you to manually decline them. i made private offers to likers on around 40 of my listings yesterday, and I noticed every single one you liked you declined my offer (around ten times) that is an offer that goes to all likers of the item, it isn't a personal offer directed to you only, so you don't have to go and decline every single one
