I am the designated Posher for the whole family (3 generations at the moment), so everyone has stuff to sell. stevilynn26 @mermaidexec I ordered your Ace Card Design Wooden Storage Box and accidentally sent it to my old address (along with a few other orders.. 😑😫) The man that lives there now and who received my mail opened and threw out two(?) of the three packages he received after 5 days of being "an inconvenience" and "taking up too much space" at his house.

mermaidexec @stevilynn26 Hello! Poshmark provides the pre-paid shipping label to use. I don’t have to do anything other than printing it, putting on package and dropping it off at post office. There is not much that can be done now, except maybe you can arrange for forwarding address service from old to new address with the post office? That usually takes care of anything that is still mailed to your old address.

Can you check your email or messages and reply to them to confirm your new shipping address? Once you do that, then I will have new shipping label to resend. Thanks.

mermaidexec @stevilynn26 No worries, I still can't figure some things out too. I am not able to download a new shipping label to resend item yet, so I have to reach out to Poshmark Support again. There is nothing else I can do. But they did tell me that they are waiting for you to reply to them with the new shipping address, and they will let me know when I can download new shipping label.

Or you can contact Poshmark via messaging, which is through SUPPORT & HELP - CONTACT POSHMARK, when you click on top right hand corner of your Profile Image if you are on the computer, or when you click on bottom right hand corner of your Profile Icon if you are on your phone, scroll down to POSHMARK SUPPORT CENTER.

mermaidexec @stevilynn26 Hmmm…Usually Poshmark sends you a notification that your package is on the way. Since this is a resend, I am not sure what the procedure is anymore. But package had been shipped out with the new shipping label Poshmark sent me, so hopefully should be on its way to you already. 😊
