hi there! yes,normally reduced and free shipping come out of the seller's pocket. It's a tool we can use for higher priced items as a sales incentive. With reduced shipping, the seller pays $2.46. However, once in a while Posh offers a special to the seller that if the seller will reduce the cost of their item at least 10%, then Posh lets the buyer have reduced shipping at no cost to the seller. Everybody wins!
