Hi! Just received your rating. Any reason why you gave a 4 vs a 5? There was no reason given so I am checking to make sure there were no problems. I am an Ambassador and did have a 5 star rating. Unfortunately when rating lower than a 5 it affects Poshers ability to sell. Is there something I should know about the item? Thanks.

@abbynormalattic hi there! I'm sorry if I effected your ratings. There's nothing wrong with the sweater itself, it's just when I opened the package it smelled really strong of a cleaning solution and the sweater itself was sort of damp.

@arcilab Hi wow I'm sorry that happened, but it sounds like a shipping issue. My items are not cleaned with cleaning solution, only mild laundry detergent and dried fully before bagged and sealed. It is very humid and hot right now and could have been damp from humidity, postal storage or outside heat making them smell like the bag possibly? But even if I sent them damp, they wouldn't still be damp days later, you know? I've just never been told that so I am curious about shipping and humidity.
