Sorry to hear one got smashed, I tried to package them well 😞 & Posh has a new message feature when you buy something. if you go to your purchases> click on the one with me> then "Message seller"> once inside you can send a picture and message privatly :)

avarmenio @hellomitty I couldn't figure out the picture thing. I changed the rating. the lipstick is totally usable, so I changed the wording, too. hope that helps.

aleka_t Hey there! you purchased the Versace mini perfume set with an extra Versace perfume from me. I keep track of all of my packages and they attempted to deliver yours today. It’s was at 4:26pm and it says “NO ACCESS TO DELIVERY LOCATION”

aleka_t if there was a gate to your home or a keypad to get into your neighborhood there’s always a place for you to put those instructions along with your order so that the delivery driver knows how to get in and how to access your home so that they can deliver your package. Thank you Ava!

aleka_t omgoodness Ava!! I am so so sorry!! my app said that it couldn’t gain entry to leave your package but I just checked USPS to see what it said there and it says that it actually WAS deliver on your front porch around 5:30! which is an hour after my app said they couldn’t gain entry!! PLEASE excuse all of my messages!! i wish Poshmark had a feature were we could delete or edit our messages. Again I really do apologize! I hope you accept and I REALLY hope you liked your purchase! xx
