@jeanfinder Ariel Parker purchased an item from me and it accidentally got swapped with another order. That person paid to mail it back and in return I am sending them another item to make up for the shipping they paid. There is no posh help for when that happens l. So I was offering Ariel the same option. I apologize if for some reason that's against the rules

@jenjen3833 that is against posh guidelines as it doesnt protect that person at all ..... When something gets mixed up you are supposed to file a case so the posher doesnt have to buy something else in exchange for the order to be made right

@jenjen3833 then posh would send her a label and she could send back to you and I will still offer something for the inconvenience as its not her fault you made a mistake the work around doesnt help her it helps you ..... Our poshers should be taken care with the appropriate channels

@jenjen3833 return to sender is a package sent to wrong address usps shouldnt have to pay for the mistake either as their services were used with the correct intent you should always have your buyer submit a case when there is an error

Hi you purchased a Floral Torrid blouse from me. I noticed there is actually a flaw when I was packing up to ship. One of the front pockets has come undone at the seam. I apologize. It’s about and inch hole along bottom of pocket. Very small and not noticeable unless you move fabric that’s why I didn’t notice. No skin would be exposed but it is still a flaw. Let me know if you still want to purchase or you can cancel the order
