@polkprof You can cancel an unshipped order placed
through Buy Now within 3 hours of the order being
placed. To cancel an accidental purchase:
1. In the app, select the Account Tab (@username), or
on the web, select your profile picture at the top-right
of the page.
2. Select My Purchases.
3. Select the order.
4. Select Problems/Order Inquiry.
5. Select Accidental Purchase.
6. Select Yes, cancel.

@polkprof Hi! I accepted your offer on the second purchase, but there was a payment issue. Also, if you still don’t want the first purchase, you have to cancel within 3 hours of purchase. If you want take a look at my instructions. If you have problems canceling you can reach out to customer service as soon as possible. Also, just letting you know if you want more than one item from a seller then you can bundle those and pay one shipping instead of for each one. Thanks!🙂
