Hi Aron! I see you received your Descente waffle thermal -- I meant to enclose a note about care instructions. Because of the metallic, navy and red details on the top I would recommend not putting the shirt in the dryer for it to stay looking new as long as possible. I personally hand wash and block items like this but of course that is your personal choice. I hope that you are happy with your purchase! Have a great weekend! Christine
