augurio Hi Ascher, just saw your bad rating on the Martens laces. It was indeed USPS’ fault for loosing the box which is upsetting for both of us 🙁 I would recommend that you contact Poshmark Support letting them know the package was lost so they can give you the money back as part of the Posh warranty. And maybe with the tracking number there’s something else that can be done to see what happened with the box. Hope that can be solved for you, let me know if I can be of assistance 😊

aschermunion For sure! I reported it to Poshmark, it just wouldn't let me get to the reporting screen without rating the transaction! I'll change the rating once things get sorted!
