Regarding your comment on the bag, it is the same bag. As mentioned in my description it states that every bag is hand done so the colors can vary a bit. Also, the bag is brand new, just taken out of original packaging with tags still attached and was damage free when it was shipped so I’m a little concerned to hear that there was any kind of damage at all. That is an expensive genuine leather bag and I think you got an incredible deal. I’m happy to have you send it back.

@cjperkins40 if the colors vary, why is it not shown in the photos? That is selling something deceitfully as you are not showing the product the person is buying, hand made or not. Deal or not, If I had a picture of a vanilla cake up and you received a chocolate one, that isn't what you paid for. You pay for what is IN the photo. The diamonds on several are unstitched.

@cjperkins40 no its not, not when u make one posting per one item and that posting is closed once you purchase it, therefore you'd have the items pictures up for that one posting of that one item. I've gotten "hand made unique" bags, they had pictures of the handbag they were posting about because thats the item the person who purchases it sees. If u had ordered a pair of shoes that were red but i snuck in "style may vary" and sent u green, you'd clearly be expecting the red ones in the photo
