style_and_shoes Hi. Regarding the authenticity case you opened: I uploaded a receipt proving my item came from directly the manufacturer. I also showed clear photos of the security hologram tag with the QR code and number/letter code. What more proof do you need?

style_and_shoes I’m one of the only sellers in my category who uses my own photos, clearly shows the sole, the size tags, and the security tags on my listings. Furthermore, my descriptions are very detailed, complete, clear, and helpful.
