poshpdxgigi Obviously you are not a designer buyer, the coach tote you purchased is 100 % authentic!!! I'm so sorry your so unhappy ☹. I saw your new to postmark, maybe it's not for you, giving me 1 star is fine but to make a statement like that is against posh mark rules. Send it back for a full refund please is you so choose.

stashari @cherie11 Actually, Coach is one of my favorite brands to buy which is why I wanted the bag. I can only go by what the manager at our Coach store told me. I am new to Poshmark and that is why I am upset-feeling like I got cheated on my first purchase. I may not know all the rules but I do feel like I should be. Able to be honest.
