blackandsand Hey there! We’re very concerned about your experience in our boutique. This item was purchased on Mar 31st and was taken to the post office that same day - even though it was Sunday. It is a brand new item that was taken out of the manufacturer’s packaging before shipping. We typically receive compliments on our packaging and we’re not sure what was lacking in the description.
