phuvu275 I don’t know how it works on Posh.i don’t think Posh will offer an exchange.i think the best way is you accept this order.Then purchase another order.After you recieve the next order(size 38) you will keep it then request a return for wrong size.I ll accept your return and you send me the 37 back instead
