Hi Becky- in order for you to return the bracelet go to your account and click on "Purchases". Next go to the purchase record of the bracelet and click on it. Scroll to the bottom.of the purchase record for the bracelet and click on "Problems/ Order Inquiry".

Next select "Contact Poshmark Support". Once there you will select a reason for contacting them ( I believe it says "Return item"). select it and then make sure to fill in the rest if the boxes and upload your photos of the broken bracelet. Once Poshmark approved the return they will send you via email a shipping label to return the bracelet.

Once you've shipped it you'll receive notification from Poshnark indicating your money has been returned to your account. Then if you'd like you can purchase the plate. it will be purchased as a completely separate transaction as Poshmark doesn't currently have a simple "exchange" method. Sorry it's so complicated!! I can hold the plate for you for a week while you go through the return process.

Hello, I was checking to see if your Duluth Trading Co. pants had arrived. I also wanted to say sorry if they are a bit wrinkled. The Post Office worker thought my box was too big and stuffed them into a smaller box. If they fit and you are satisfied I wanted to let you know I have 2 other colors posted and I have a black pair that I have not posted yet. @secondhandup hi! The pants were not too wrinkled and immediately recognized the nice smell of detergent! 😊 I was disappointed that they don’t fit! I have another pair that are the same size and fit great...I have noticed that they don’t run true to size when I have purchased new Duluth. But I do love their products!
